Conceived during a period of constraints, Izpek Kordon presented a unique challenge: to create a high-quality living space within a budget-conscious framework. Undeterred, the architects at Makomim İzmir embraced this challenge, viewing it as an opportunity to showcase their ingenuity and resourcefulness.
They employed a minimalist design approach, utilizing clean lines and uncluttered spaces to create a sense of spaciousness and tranquility.This strategy not only maximized the perceived size of the apartments but also instilled a sense of calm and serenity within the residents.
