Büyük bir aile için bir ev tasarlamak, onların benzersiz ihtiyaçlarının ve isteklerinin dikkatli bir şekilde değerlendirilmesini gerektirir. Birlikteliği ve konforu teşvik eden bir yaşam alanı yaratmak için gereksinimler, iklim, konum ve istenen esneklik programı uyumlu bir şekilde dengelenmelidir.

S D A Evi, hareketli sahil kasabası Çeşme'nin ortasında, sadeliğin güzelliğinin ve mimari kısıtlamanın gücünün bir kanıtı olarak ortaya çıkıyor. Makomim tarafından tasarlanan bu proje, Çeşme'nin ruhunu yansıtıyor, zahmetsiz zarafet ve rahat yaşam tarzının özünü yakalıyor.

A K B House, nestled amidst the vibrant cityscape, stands as a testament to the harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and tranquil living spaces. Conceived by the architectural firm Makomim İzmir, this project redefines urban living, offering a sanctuary where residents can escape the city's clamor and embrace a lifestyle of comfort and sophistication.

The KOCAKAYA office building in Istanbul stands out as a testament to Makomim's design philosophy. Its exterior boasts a remarkable symmetry, achieved through clean, modern lines. This creates a sense of balance and timelessness that is both visually appealing and functionally impressive.

Conceived during a period of constraints, Izpek Kordon presented a unique challenge: to create a high-quality living space within a budget-conscious framework. Undeterred, the architects at Makomim İzmir embraced this challenge, viewing it as an opportunity to showcase their ingenuity and resourcefulness.

Sayanora, a prominent entertainment center in Izmir, stands as a testament to Makomim's ability to transform spaces into vibrant hubs of entertainment and delight. The center's 2018 renovation, spearheaded by Makomim, exemplifies their expertise in crafting environments that not only captivate but also exude elegance and sophistication.

KARDIÇALI Yat

The RMS House exemplifies Makomim's ability to create a cohesive design narrative. Their design philosophy likely extends from the building's facade to its most intimate corners, ensuring a consistent aesthetic throughout. This approach likely fosters a sense of flow and visual unity, where the exterior elements complement and enhance the interior spaces.

This unique hospitality venture is poised to redefine the concept of luxury accommodation, offering guests an unparalleled experience that seamlessly blends modern design with the tranquility of nature.

At Makomim, we were thrilled to be a part of this prestigious project. Our goal was to create an interior design that would complement the breathtaking views and provide residents, guests, and visitors with a truly luxurious experience.

This meticulously designed hotel, the brainchild of Makomim, seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with a touch of local charm, creating an inviting and memorable experience for guests.

Key Hotel's history dates back to the 1950s. Originally built as the Izmir branch of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, the building served this purpose until the mid-1980s. After the bank moved to a new building, Key Hotel remained abandoned for many years.

Restored and Reborn:

In 2011, the building was meticulously restored by Makomim and given a new lease of life as Key Hotel. The restoration process carefully preserved the building's original character and history while redesigning the interiors to meet the needs of the modern world.

This remarkable residence in Narlıdere, İzmir, tells a story of transformation. Once a neglected mandarin grove, the six-acre site has been reborn as a stunning oasis, offering a unique blend of contemporary design and natural beauty. The design of the house centers around the concept of creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Large windows and sliding doors blur the boundaries between the living areas and the surrounding gardens, while carefully curated landscaping enhances the sense of openness and tranquility.
